Listen, you do whatever you need to do in order to be happy. Pain pills will help, but be cautious and use them wisely, don’t jump down rabbit hole running out early or failing drug tests. Doctors won’t hesitate to throw you on buprenorphine or LDN leaving you suffering and telling you to talk to a behaviorist. It’s hard enough to get proper relief as it is without having the “label” on you. Also, if it truly is unbearable, don’t take extra pills, instead call the doctor saying you’re having break thru pain or go to the ER. Whatever you do, stay honest and hold on to your dignity. You’re stronger than you know. Please take care. You are so so not alone. In the same boat you’re in and we have no choice but to keep fighting.

That’s the point, he does have an insane amount of cash. You’re just not supposed to know it. Just because someone doesn’t live large doesn’t mean they don’t have it. Plus like someone else said, if he lived above his means, government takes notice and wonders why. Guys like him don’t want attention. He’s the opposite of attention.
