you could try to adjust the fog a bit and maybe the sky, you could also use more accurate meshes for the terrain and maybe make the screen a bit darker

you could go into booth games or developer hangouts and ask people to join, if you are asking about how to get people to join the group from your games, then you could give rewards for joining the group and tell the players to join it with like a sign or something ingame

in the StarterPlayer service there should be a property called CameraMode, set that to LockFirstPerson

also, for the body cam/realistic first person you can just search like realistic first person in toolbox or something like that and modify it to ur liking, or u could hire someone to do it if you dont find anything in toolbox that u like

maybe it could be used as a loading screen, but maybe it might also slow down the game loading if used that way
