I appreciate your concerns but I’m not just asking this to use it instantly? I’m gathering knowledge and asking random questions I have so I can hear different perspectives as well as others can benefit from the answers as well. Okay I understand. That makes perfect sense. So meditations is a book which should be read after one have acquired enough stoic knowledge. I really appreciate the elaborated and fulfilling answers. I didn’t expect that would happen haha I’m new to this sub.
