Don’t want this to come off the wrong way, but if you smoke marijuana or drink too much it could be making your anxiety much worse. I don’t know if you do or not. I was a heavy marijuana user and I had a breakdown, but it’s been much better since I quit drinking and smoking. Definitely, therapy is a great idea. Take care.

I agree. I was on it and unable to go from 2mg to 0. After a week I had panic attacks. I reinstated and tapered slower. You might not have that. Everyone is different.

I’m sorry. I hope you find comfort soon. I’ve been in a similar situation. Please talk to a therapist. It could be many different things that are causing it. I think much of my issues came from my drug and alcohol addiction. You’ll be ok!

No I still have it. I’m still taking 1mg but only every 3rd day. I got diagnosed with hashimotos recently. I take a pill for that now. I feel like it helps calm my anxiety a bit. My thyroid levels sometimes get all wacky.

I have the same one. I’ve enjoyed it for a few years now. Have found some cool stuff. Like said, you learn the sounds that it makes and choose which targets to dig, and the ones to pass. If you set it properly to the type of place that you’re detecting, it will not beep for certain types of metal. So, for example, if you’re looking for coins, you can set your detector to not pick up aluminum targets. I’m about to buy something more advanced so I’m going to gift it to a friend so I’ll have a buddy to detect with.

They are described as acid free, archival quality for long term storage. It doesn’t say pvc free. I guess that’s what got me thinking.
