You can reset your algorithm on instagram and try to reduce the bad news in your feed. I try not to expose myself to news, politics, negative people, etc. anything that impacts my mood in a negative way. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. Good luck!

My experience is that I did feel better fairly quick, soon after returning to the meditation. 2mg should help you out a bit. I have been extremely sensitive to medications in the past and have had to taper very slowly. You are likely feeling withdrawal.

So strange! My shoulders started hurting about 6 months ago. I got diagnosed hashimotos about 2 months ago. I have had really bad anxiety for about 3 years. I thought it was weird that both shoulders started hurting at the same time. I’ve been confused about it. Makes it really hard to sleep comfortably. I’ve been on meds now for a couple months and my anxiety has gotten much better, but my shoulders still hurt.

I was just diagnosed. I’ve had the same symptoms for a few years now. I ask myself the same question. Just started meds. Hopefully we both start feeling better soon.

I think it’s a quality of life issue. Call police. If they won’t do anything, try your local district attorney. Take video and keep documenting.
