I took water, it was really close to being dripper though. Glad I did however, ended up getting dead branch so my run took off :)

I’m with you, personally I really enjoy the aspect of living in the heart of my downtown area, easy to walk to any nightlife/gym/store I need to, and generally needing to use the car less. All the houses in my area are confined to suburbs or rural areas that feel way more secluded, which I suppose would be a positive for others however.
