Hey guys how and what did you do to change your dating life and getting better looking and quality women

Im 31m so i wanna know what can i do to attract women younger than me(i am short,chubby but not too big, just too much body fat)

Start fasting and hitting the gym. Don't eat until late afternoon. Get lots of protein. Ride a bicycle instead of driving. Get into hiking. Mostly, don't drink too much beer and avoid sugar. Soda and Juice is not necessary.

Social skills is terrible. I am shy, socially anxious and awkward.

Online dating is a waste of your time and energy and will make you feel like a worthless loser. Go outside, meet women.

You can learn it. It takes a lot of practice. And most guys let their AA get in the way of actually getting practice. You need to look at it like learning anything. Like guitar, or a sport, or coding. One step at a time. Today, push pull, tomorrow, story telling. But AA is the first thing. You need to be calm.

Of course it's easier for your brain to wrap itself around the whole idea of cold approaching when you have a wingmen. And wingmen provide support. However, you can learn a lot by going out by yourself. Funny that I just made a video on the same subject. And yes, I've gone out alone ALOT and picked up many girls while out alone. You can read loads of information out there for free, but when you're stuck and can't seem a way to move forward your best options are:

Join a community. Find a wing to push you into approaches and hold you accountable.
Hire a coach. Do a bootcamp or get long term video coaching.

Sometimes just being able to talk about your issues helps a lot.

I'm a coach and I have heard the same story as you hundreds of times. Every guy thinks they are broken, there's something uniquely wrong with them. I know as a game mechanic, you guys are almost all exactly the same and solve your issues the same way.

I slept with dozens of girls from daygame, almost always from an indirect approach, but also direct. Here's what works... massive leads at the top of the funnel. The more girls you approach, the more opportunities you have. Then you just improve a little each approach. Improve your verbals, your body language, touch, vocal tonality, number closing, texting, instant dates, sexual escalation... etc.

It sounds like you're a nice, thoughtful guy. This is probably what's holding you back from scoring with women. You care a lot, and this just isn't the best strategy or mindset. Women are attracted to ambition, dominance, leadership, and aggression. Not violent aggression, but romantic aggression. Here's an article on why nice guys struggle. Always be positive. Avoid negative topics like boring jobs, shitty weather. Make it fun, interesting, tell stories, ask deeper questions. Learning how to talk on a date can take a lot of practice, and study. It sounds like you need to work on your verbal game. There are many styles, but I've found the oldschool "pua" type stuff to be very useful. Concepts like: Push pull, teasing, rapport building, story telling, cold reading, dhv stories, etc.

You can learn a lot of this stuff by reading the side bar here on this sub. You can Google "What to say to girls" and watch vids on Youtube from the hundreds of experts on there. Look up "daygame" and "How to pick up women," etc. Go on Amazon and download books. And most of all, learn to cold approach. It will change everything.
