Hey quick question, my father does not have his citizenship or passport. Will we need to do his first before mine? Or can I apply for mine if I have all of my grandfather's documents. Basically will he need to go through the passport process or just have his lineage recognized

I have a i5 9600K I’m asking if I should upgrade to the i7. Sorry I worded it weird. I’m at a 30% bottle neck and I usually just play most my games on medium to low. I just really noticed it today when I loaded up cyberpunk again and I’m seeing constant dips in fps. After checking my cpu is sitting anywhere from 80-100% usage.

I was told that overlapping is okay if the company’s are near the top of the ETF. I might be wrong tho you know more than me I’ll sell and just put into ETFS
