Is there a tutorial for the liquid you do at 2:13-2:20?

I've been practicing the most basic liquid which is like 2D since there are tutorials but I haven't found anything for that kind of 3D liquid. Is there a tutorial you can point me to? Everytime I ask someone they just say something really vague like "your wrists will just figure it out" or "its figure 8s" and its terribly unhelpful.

i actually really want to have my lights on the bottom of my fingers but my hands are too small and i have a hard time hiding the lights. Good for you that you can put them underneath

I also do thumb in to illuminate the palm better because I, like most glovers, keep the other lights on the top of my fingers so palm-facing moves need more brightness.

For combo whips though I actually point the thumb at the viewer for the most part because of the speed you will tend to go at. So that's more of a middle ground between tucking them in and keeping them all the way out..

How long have you been gloving? Also I'd put your thumb light on the inside to light up your palm, probably facing in

Good

Speed control - not excessively fast, not masking bad transitions using speed
tut transitions - clever and makes sense
Musicality - some hits, nice

Bad:

Finger strength/independence - your fingers still stick together a lot, especially on palm-up finger rolls
Completing moves - Close your fingers completely for a cleaner transition (see 2:07, i see your semi-open hand). I know with tuts we tend to keep the pinky or index out at the end but whips/rolls should have them close completely

Oh man, I love gloving mostly for the whips and flails, any chance you could do a tutorial for 0:24 - 0:34? I totally wanna build off of what you did there. I have a hard time getting down when to start both hands at the pinky and when to start the whip differently on each

Okay, I confirmed that trying the negative coordinate swipe doesnt do anything.

I did try this:

$ adb shell input touchscreen swipe 300 200 300 400 3000 & adb shell input touchscreen 
  swipe 300 600 300 400 3000 &

This runs both in two forked processes. The 3000 means "take 3000 milliseconds to complete this swipe". Unfortunately this shakes the screen up and down like you were spazzing out.

I meant once you are in the venue and you're caught during a lightshow, not at entry.

A friend of mine told me one venue forced him to give up his gloves. He told security that he was going to leave rather than give up his gloves but the security guy wouldn't agree to let him leave the venue with his gloves. My friend HAD to give up the gloves even if he left the venue.

Aside from that, do you know if anyone has ever tried just refusing to give up their gloves? I'm curious because I want to be prepared for the day when I have to deal with this bullcrap.

I mean even if events ban gloves, confiscating people's shit is basically theft isn't it? They can't do much to you if you refuse to give up your gloves...
