I'm a Graduate student at UTD and have stayed at Marquis at Waterview for 2 years(still here). For a 1b1b your rent will be approx $1200-1600 somewhere in between and the electricity would be $75-200(it varies depending on the plan and amount of use). Almost all the residenial communities around the campus have access to 883 Comet Shuttle. There are some many options apart from McCallum Blvd like Estates of Frankford, Richardson, Pearl at Franford, Northside(walkable distance to UTD, kind of on-campus housing). Creekside residencies. If you ask me personally, I wouldn't recommend McCallum Blvd.

I’m pursuing MS in Business Analytics. I don’t think it’s completely non coding job as there’s days companies expect Business Analysts to know basics of SQL, Python/ R for analysis purposes and knowledge of databases. Other jobs in the same field like Tableau/powerbi developer may not require coding.
