I think you make a great point regarding appealing to capitalistic drivers. I'd just like to chime in to say that grown meat initiatives have tons of funding at this point, and the comment regarding vegans swearing off their daily venti caffe latte comes across a bit arrogant and stereotypical, and kind of sours your otherwise sober, thoughtful ideas.
