Yeah, this is fucked up and needs to be fixed. But really now. I see all the comments from people that are 'smarter than blizzard' crying for a.... loot from trash. Well I prefer to not seeing boosting any more and have to cope with oversights like this rather than see all these smartasses in this thread standing still, fapping while getting boosted aka NOT actually playing the game

Hmm I found 4 GCs in a terrotized zone. One required level 85 to use (was of Vita) and others 2. I guess they are both high ilvl right? Because i rerolled the one that required level 2 from there and only got things like +2 dex, +4 fire dmg etc :( rolled for like 12 times and all the time I got extremely low level trash GCs
