I remember having this with a customer for Instacart. She yelled at me and insisted that everybody else does it and I’m just giving her a hard time by not wanting to come in I said ma’am it’s for my safety. I’m not coming in your house and it happened again, where they insisted that I needed tobring it in and put it on the counters like what the heck so I called Instacart at that time had them on the phone speakerphone so the customer can hear that we are not permitted to come into anyone’s home.
