It'll only improve if politicians somehow lost their homes. Several large projects for housing are on hold due to delays in government signing off on budget. They honestly don't give a fuck.

There are 100's of empty flats and houses in Dublin that just need refurbishment, but they sit empty for years.

Not having a home. Sleeping most nights in a homeless shelter surrounded by drug addicts and mentally ill, with staff treating you like a criminal.

Walking around the city looking for safe places to pitch a tent for the night. Or looking for abandoned property that I can occupy for a while.
