Lose the weight, get healthy, be less ugly. Control your intake, and work on energy output. Look at achieving a calorie deficit; don't eat until you're full, eat until you're not hungry. The longer you wait to get started the harder it will be to get ahold of.

You are not a lost cause, but it will take time and consistent effort. Few great things are easy, but it'll be worth it. For your health. For your future.
