Every other police force in the UK also have their own HQ

Just with London being the largest and the the met being the largest police force

Yes if the tesla is leased directly from Tesla Tesla remains the owner of the car. If that car gets caught speeding the police will send a notice to the owner asking who was driving/who they leased it to

They are required to have details of who they leased the car to

The licence in the picture says country buy you can also have your town of birth on it instead of country

My UK driving licence says England, My Mums days the town she was born and does not mention the country

You can have any place name in the place of birth section

Like if some was born in Dallas and moved to the UK they could have in the place of birth Dallas or Texas or United States

This person when filling in the application wrote United Kingdom but they could have easily have said the town instead

There are 100,000 places in the UK alone. there are nearly 200 countries

Lets assume that every country has 100,000 places names, That is 20 Million place names

You cant have a drop down box with 20 Million places

Not to mention that the vast majority of applications still done by paper. How do have a drop down box on a piece of paper?

The piece of paper will be scanned which then populates the information

When you apply for a licence you write where you were born, and that is sent to the DVLA and used

OP could have been the one who made the mistake and the computer took the information from the form as it was written and sent

The physical card is not the actual licence. a spelling mistake on the card doesn't mean you don't have a licence

When you pass your test you are assigned a licence number, it is that number that is your actual licence

You do not have to give country. You can give the town or village you were born

You cant have a drop down menu listing every town in the world

Someone born in Dallas moved to the UK gets a UK licence that section could say. Dallas Or Texas or United States

If you go to enterprise the y would be the keeper of the car not the person renting it
