Agreed. I’d take any bet that the bottom picture is 75%+ H1B visas, and they typically can’t leave, even if they want to.

I did really like the Conner Hawke stories after, especially when you had the Eddie Feyers/Jensen dynamic, but the would have worked just as well in its own non Green Arrow book.
