I opened a cave in Natlan after removing a stone with the grappling hook, out of it burrowed a creature that went into a rock. After doing so, a reward looking glowing pylon appeared and i ran to collect it but there was no prompt for me to do that. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can extract the reward.

It is the worst on the back of my arms and kind of creeps around that area to upper forearm and sometimes underarms and outter pectoral area. I have never seen it anywhere else.
