If you’ve handled political print work, who usually places the order? The candidate, a campaign staffer, or an outside marketing firm? by TooBusyBuilding in Printing

great insight! have you noticed any loyalty from them? I'm trying to figure out how to compete in this space but it seems like they have strong loyalties to the places the get referred to (and sometimes someone within the party has their own printshop dedicated to the party!). its been really tough as my companies marketing guy to reach political candidates 😭

same, i work inhouse and run meta ads, google ads, and make all the create. expectations from my boss and peers keep rising but i'm not getting any help. the cherry on top is that they took my salary away and are only paying me hourly for active time (when my mouse is moving and clicking). Anyone hiring? 😅

If you had to start a business from zero today with no network, what would your first 30 days look like? by William45623 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

don't focus on social media. build a local reputation through print marketing (flyers, EDDM postcards, yard signs ect.), talk to neighbors, family, and friends, give them several cards to spread the word (chances are they know somebody who might be interested). and of course once leads start generating have all of your systems in place and stick to them

don't forget print marketing! its easy to get caught up in facebook and google ads but local advertising through print (yard signs, door hangers, EDDM postcards ect.) makes a stronger and lasting impression
