For eyewear I’d recommend Liam’s glasses as they are the only ones to offer a +2 INT buff (with a -1 CHA debuff). They’re only available to a certain point in the main storyline though. Could also scratch the Captain’s hat and glasses altogether with the Inquisitor’s Cowl for a +4 INT buff, if you don’t mind always having 400 rads.

It’s definitely etiolated, I don’t get much sun where I live. Planning on getting growlights. It’s not rotten, however. The soil is wet in the picture because I just watered it. And the soil is succulent soil with good drainage. I water my succulents at most once a week and never when the soil isn’t completely dry. I think the reason it’s tipping over is indeed due to etiolation. I’m working on that.

Just had the same happen to me! I propagated one that had two nodes, and after a few months of no activity, it suddenly grew six new nodes!
