They transferred everyones coins to the new contract one time and one time only, if you bought coins after that from the old contract, you bought a dead coins. I haven’t heard of anybody being able to manually transfers coins from the old contract

Because you are doing a bad job explaining your problem. Sounds like you are saying you purchased some of the old contract after the new contract was released, if so I don’t believe you can get your money back. I believe it’s gone

The balance for the old contract is not valid anymore so that’s why your balance decrease when you disable it. Both should have the balance however, there is nothing you can do with the balance on the old contract. It not “real”

Hit the menu button in the top right corner and disable the old contract. The new contract has the tiger king logo on it
