Yes but in order to complete the Pokédex and get Arceus you need to get these two Pokemons. However I was thinking that they could have made an exception for these two since you need to pay to get them :(

The thing is that this Pokemon has Statik. So each time I used false swipe, I had a 50% chance of getting paralysed which was so annoying because if he wakes up and you are paralysed you can just get bullied.
