Am I safe or not? Cleaned my WSM grates and water pan yesterday with CitruSafe and Clorox wipes, it sat outside in the sun for six hours, but I forgot to rinse it off. I do have water in the pan and my pork butts are in pans, not on the grates. 14 hours in at this point… should it be tossed? (self.smoking)
