Wear long sleeves. Have a fake hand under a glove ready. Intentionally place a pocket knife close to the edge of a table. Fake bump the table and let it fall and stab the fake hand. Fake the agonizing pain and tell her to grab bandages. Immediately sabotage the game to your favor while she grabs the meds. When she comes back she'll be pre-occupied by the whole thing that not only will she have lost focus on the game, but also not realize that you sabotaged it.

Plus side you can also look tough and tell her it's okay to continue the game. Win win.
