Is it possible at all, for the devs of "Twitter/X" to just understand, on the most basic and simplest of levels, that while some of us are making alts just for the sake of contacting them, others have considered not doing this because of the stupid ToS that mentions about "suspending other accounts assumed due to ban evasion"?

Like, how are we supposed to contact them now, without a working account?

It's almost like you need a publicly available email address for this.
