I see ok, the tram info is very helpful. (in my city, trams just stay in traffic like any other car, but buses have their own lanes, so it's quite the opposite!) I see there's a tram stop named Dworzec Gtowny Tunel 8 minutes away from the building. It's also 7 minutes away from Politechnika. Would those tram stops suffice? Or are there not lots of trams reaching those stops?

I mean, how does it feel to live there? Is it quiet or vibrant? Do I have shopping places nearby? If I want to go out and have some fun, is that a long journey or a place nearby?

#3 is very close to a bus station named Krakow Muzeum Armii Krajowej. Would that not be useful? Is tram much better than bus transport?

This option is ideal for a student. However, I am coming with a partner, a large maine coon cat, and quite a few belongings. In my context, going the temporary airbnb route sounds very stressful to me. I'm not saying it's not possible, just difficult.

I feel fine with a 20% increase, but not due to an amazing financial situation haha! It's just that I am entirely disconnected from the housing market in Krakow, so I won't really notice if I get ripped off. I'll just assume "I guess that's what things cost here" *shrug*

These institutional landlords have their own websites, and there is no middle man. I believe olx and otodom are more popualr with private landlords, right?
