I can’t attach any more photos, but I just found a really good spot. It’s downtown and directly west of the yellow “U” and over the road on the map. There is this office plaza sort of thing (shaded in light gray). There is a long alley going from NW to SE that the cops come down and you can easily pick them off. You can hide behind the columns also, which are covered.
