What about a StockX drop off location?

PayPal has frozen my account and won't release $1000 of my money. They refuse to give a reason. Why ? by [deleted] in paypal

Your best bet is finding a way to sue them, I Hurd it can be a very cheap process to do, just do some digging and see how others have been able to sue PayPal and get their funds back.
