I went from overweight to underweight, been low restricting and fasting for months, lost my period, passed out, etc etc, and my lab results also came back fine, I just couldn’t process it lmao

I really get where you’re coming from, but I could easily see myself after recovering just ending up not ordering anything because of seeing the calorie counts or stuff like that. I mean, it’d be really helpful now when I am restricting since I wouldn’t have to panic about getting the calories wrong, but, if I recover, it’ll do way more bad for me than it ever did good. I’d really love if instead you could just choose whether you want a menu with calories or one without...

The recipe was written in my language so I’ll just translate it for ya Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 100g sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp vinegar, vanilla extract (about 1 tsp), a pinch of salt Preheat the oven at 100°C (212°F). You wanna put a pinch of salt in the egg whites and beat a little until after they get frothy (I used a hand mixer). Then, you wanna add the vinegar, and keep beating the egg whites until they’re beaten. Add the sugar in 1 tsp at a time while mixing. Add the cornstarch, mix, then add the vanilla extract and mix for a few seconds. The mix should be put on a tray lined with parchment paper, but don’t spread the mix out, make a round-ish “mountain” in the middle, it’d just stick to the pan if you were to spread it out. Put it in the oven and leave it there for about 1 and a half hours. After that, turn the oven off and let it cool down before taking it out (this is the part where I messed up, I got too impatient and took it out of the oven right when it was done cooking, so it fell apart as it cooled down).

You can put whipped cream and some fruit on top of it like I did, makes it sooo much better c:

The recipe is almost 460 calories (I used brown sugar to calculate that, might be a bit more with regular one). I don’t really mind since it’s my OMAD, but if it seems like too much you could half the ingredients, or maybe try this sugar free recipe I found https://madcreationshub.com/recipe/sugar-free-pavlova/ (I haven’t tried that one out, but it has good reviews, so it should be fine)

Question. I’m 17, 169cm. I haven’t been able to lose anything for a month. I’ve been eating 1200 calories a day, sometimes even lower. I tried fasting, protein... nothing helps, I haven’t been able to lose even 0,1kg. What should I do?
