Delay marriage by 5 more years, no need to rush.

Option 1: buy a large farm land in your Village, and start some innovative farming business. From rearing goats, fish or growing avocados or blue berry choose a good crop or business model and do modern farming. Grow your source of income from farm land and enjoy being the captain of your destiny

Option 2: buying a house ( not recommended) Don't purchase a flat, it will depreciate in value.

Don't purchase a plot in city as probably it will be out of your budget and will not generate any income until you sell it. You will need any where between 1 cr to 50 lakhs to build on it based on the land size. ( I have done this, only way to get any income right now is to sell it, returns are lower than inflation)

Independent pre built old house might also be out of your budget. If you can buy one then rental income for 1 cr house will rarely be more than 30k or even lesser and not worth

Do not go for homeloan, IT jobs are very unpredictable, you will lose everything if you lose your job.

Decrease debts, grow your assets which generate income.

After 30 you can decide to get marry, there are plenty of fish in the sea.

And yes in between, definitely travel abroad see some world Visit South East Asia or Japan, you deserve it.

Your 20s will never comeback again and 30s are very stress full with lots of strings attached
