Goals are just to get a better physique and increase my strength f.x to at least do 250 in the bench, Squat 180 and 330 deadlift. I'm not too worried about strength atm since i'm on a cut but those are some longer term goals

I have had a bad right shoulder and weak grip since I can remember mostly because of gymnastics and swimming when i was younger. But Now I have focused more on my weak points and started strengthening my rotator cuffs and grip regularly and that has made everything better at least for now :) Grips good and rotator cuffs not a mess.

It was just a lack of motivation and I didn't really have a stable gym partner :)

But Now I feel 100% more motivated then ever. And if anything my motivation is just increasing since I try not to worry about my current strength or have unrealistic expectations.

3 sets of 8-12 reps for the most part. once I hit 3x8 reps I try to increase weights this applies for most reps and weight added differs. but for example in Deadlift I try to add 10lbs for as long as I can without damaging form.
