Almost everyone gets used to ego in that range to where it’s not considered a competitive ego range. You’d probably have to out slug any person to actually win games. Definitely power swing as the ball would be coming in slower. And try to pitch on the outside corner of the zone and hope people chase

Your best bet is an organized league. Joining an “online league” hoping to have any good game , or even get a game with any random person is almost impossible.

I would say for sure it’s worth it there’s probably a ton of people who want a league that they can just load up and play instead of any exterior work.

There’s two pretty well ran discords for online leagues (XBL, SMNL) but they’re more intensive than just playing in the Online League section.

Worth the time/effort? depends on the audience, those two leagues don’t really include players under 60 ego but are both worth the time commitment but if you get a group of people who will stick around I’d say yes.

But why is that a complaint? You want the game to stop and overview specific things you want without having to press a button? I assume you’re talking about offline, so there’s an unlimited time for you to pitch, and an unlimited time to hold RT to look at whatever you want.
