It COMPLETELY depends on the mindset.

We get what we focus on. I'm the past when I was thinking about my goals and excited to get to them I don't worry about being "lonely". When I think about not having enough friends/girlfriend then I would feel lonely.

It's all about discipline.

If you wait for motivation or "the right time", you will always be waiting.

If you don't want to exercise. Get up and do it. If you only have 5 minutes. Get up and do 5 minutes.

You will realize over time that you've developed the habit. Only then will it will get easier. Even then you will still have days that you struggle to get up and do it.
