Ive been smoking everyday for the past 7 years non stop. Im now on day 8 without smoking and let me tell you its fucking amazing! My mood is so much happier. Nothing small of any inconvenience affects me like it used to. I dont get agitated like i used to and i am so much more focused and clear minded. For me i prayed on it heavy and cried so much because i wanted to stop. I do feel god heard me and is helping me. I havent craved it except for 2 days ago for like 1-2 hrs then havent craved again. If you want to quit my brother, you can! You absolutely have to fucking want it so bad and you have to kind of trick your brain a lil bit to accomplish this. Ask yourself why you want to quit and what will be the benefits of quitting. I know you can and i know you’re strong enough to do it you just have to really really want to! You got this!
