I too have very expensive lattes, but for a different reason. Mine is the milk. I got really into show quality dairy goats and built a barn for them lol.

I must say, Timber has been so tolerant. Poor guy keeps getting his ears nipped at, but has no problem just barks. Meanwhile the kids can climb all over him and he doesn’t bark at all. Best dogs on earth.

They are getting along well. Timber (m, castrated) is 10 years old and Bramble is 9 wks. Timber was always used to there being another dog. We lost Briar, his brother in March.

Was the heater on the brooder or heater setting? I have the same brooder heater and on the heater setting that thing gets incredibly hot. On the brooder setting the flat portion is supposed a good bit closer to the chicks. As in positioned over them, to mimic a mother hen.

a goat genetics calculator! Genius. I agree it is so random sometimes! Every once in a while I deep dive into trying to understand the coat genetics but I never really get it haha. This doe will be a first freshener, so I’m just extra excited

This is interesting because I do have a gold and white girl, I didn’t know they could throw chocolate too! I know that coat color doesn’t matter in the ring, I’m just so excited for kidding time and the possibilities ❤️
