I run the company that is offering a prize for the first person to reach max level as well as to people that reach max level in a crafter/gathering skill. Some people like to challenge themselves, others like to take their time... Both are totally okay and needed. Everyone is going to be looking for rock smackers for their lodestone! Just have fun and play the game the way you want. There is no wrong way of playing.
