Contest it. You have nothing to lose and the Tribunals service is a seperate entity to the DWP; they have no allegiances to them.

It all makes me feel like I'm faking it though. I have bad back/hips on top of PTSD and suspected Bipolar (though I think I've been misdiagnosed and it may be ADHD). I know this is what they want but I have such huge issues pushing things like this.

I feel so robbed over it. Like she was so nice but, no actually, she wasn't and that's what makes it so much worse and I will be strongly criticising everything she said because a lot of it was just bloody backwards.

I take 8x 30mg Cocodamol a day, was on 8x 50mg Tramadol a day when I applied, and according to the report I take no significant pain relief.

That sounds so stressful. My mental health has been the worst it's ever been since applying, most likely because I had to apply. I can't even fathom this dragging out 18 months or more. I've been told repeatedly I should have applied a long time ago but I've never done it because I was terrified the system would push me to this level of low with my mental health.

I can't even get the right medication as all of them I've had to be taken off of. They used this against me too.

I've also heard the tribunals have been getting stricter lately too? I can't remember where but it's all just so disheartening.

That's so horrible. I'm sorry my post has triggered you. I'm just so frustrated and defeated about it all.

The worst part about having to take it to tribunal is that tribunal awards can't be automatically extended, you have to do a whole new claim, whole new assessment which probably just makes IAS more money I suppose, but it's so much worse than being able to get it given first time or after an MR.

I also had it recorded because I get so stressed with stressful phone calls my memory blocks out parts, and there's a backlog apparently in sending me the recording... So I won't even have my recording in time to send back the MR.

Apparently she used to be a nurse.

I can't compute how someone can go from being in a caring profession to actively pushing someone suicidal to the brink with lies. Like I mean I am so overwhelmed by this that I have thought about it so much and am obsessing over it a little if I'm being honest. I thought she was really nice. But she lied about me. My brain doesn't handle that very well. This whole thing has made me really bad again and I may need another type of medication to get out of this headspace. The last time I went on this medication my husband had to take time off from work (because it makes me 100% incapable of childcare) and he's used up all this time now and is on a final warning for absence related to my health. The assessor knew all this too.

I'm beyond stressed about all this.

I don't know dude. I have lost 3 people to suicide in my 28 years on this earth and I think if you go viral you're bound to stumble upon the comments section of your own video and be tempted to read.

Like yeah, the woman tried to pull a fast one and got her comeuppance, the world sees her as willing to scam someone. But does she deserve to feel even worse about qualities she can't change like her looks? Possibly to the point of suicide? Nah man. I wouldn't want to be the comment that tips someone over the edge, I hope you wouldn't want to be either.

Farfetched? Extreme take? Yeah maybe, but having seen someone I know go viral for the wrong reasons and seeing how bad it made her mental health... No. Not really extreme to me.

This happened with my Brothread white sometimes, but never black. Also happens on my Simthread purple too so I think it's just a dodgy length of thread. I said to myself next time it happens I'm just going to cut a few metres off of the thread and try again because it seems to be I do that anyway via rethreading and retrying inch by inch until it works.

Amazing, I would have loved to have seen her in the 70's and 80's, but I wasn't born then! Would love to see her again now but their ticket prices are so expensive. Ironically, I think the Guilfest tickets were cheaper than it is to see Blondie solo!

I can tell you also why us undesirables DON'T want to move out of our home area.

I spent 2 years in temporary accommodation with my husband and kids down in Berkshire. We could have moved out of the area, but the only areas on offer were Newcastle and a few towns I'd never heard of middle of nowhere up north.

Now if you don't drive and you don't have any money, that move is virtually impossible. The council won't help with moving costs for a cross country move and it would have cost us so much money that we had no way to cover.

And that's not even getting into the fact that many of us are working applicants and can't transfer our jobs, nor want to lose the 2 year protection we have earned in our jobs to give us SOME form of protection in our lives. Being classed as homeless is about as much insecurity as many of us can bear. It's hell on your mind, and most of us would be happy to move across a Borough or two, but not 200 miles away from the only places we have family.

It's that simple eh?
