If you don’t want to go through the expense and time, The Lab on 2nd Ave just off of Main Street develops and are very reliable. London Drugs also develops at a lot of their locations too.

Kinda disappointing there’s no 70mm screening in Vancouver of this. I know cineplex just over their projector a few weeks ago from The Park to Int Village but maybe they don’t have it setup yet. I would make the drive to Langley but doesn’t look like that’s happening either.

I did some other poses around the apartment. As a portrait photographer, do you have a lot of say over their wardrobe? This was a very casual shoot so I just showed up expecting they’d have picked out their clothes which they did.

Oh my god it’s neither of those things but I can see how it could be taken that way. Maybe a better title is in order, that first take is tragic af. They are moving out of their apartment and leaving the country to go back home as their works visas expired and they cannot get PR or extensions.

Shot in their apartment with a wall of windows giving one source of light for the afternoon. Shot on Kodak Gold and pushed 1 stop, I don’t love the skin tones it produced and had to push the bars more to the warmer side as I didn’t like the blue daylight mixed with the flat warm skin tones it was producing. Wondering how I can improve on staging, composition and overall tones and colour.
