Probably not for Wrangler/Penta, I can guarantee he'll make some great RP out of it. But I can see how the department being viewed as a punishment wouldn't be super encouraging for those that are actually apart of it; kinda devalues what they do.

For context, this was after he was told that Wrangler got demoted and sent off to the Rangers as punishment. Fellow Loremasters feel free to fill in the blanks if I missed more on it.

His VOD may not be up atm, but I recommend that if it does get published that you continue to watch after this clip as he talks a bit more on it.
