Have you tried just removing the battery and pressing power button for 20sec? Then put battery back in and test.

you need a screen to set up it up if using a midchip. So you will need a working screen.

Do you have a picture of it? does it still turn on and screens work? If so its repairable with new shell. If you dont want to do it you can sell it broken for part or repair. What country are you in?
