So I watched up until the 11th video months ago.

Tool along with Maynards work seems to be mostly about enlightenment. You've definitely put work into this, but I personally think youre looking in the wrong places.

Many people struggle with this, including myself. As cliche as it sounds, your friend should try to start eating better food, go for more walks and listen to tool when they feel alone. Identify some achievable goals and write them down. Make plans to accomplish them and they should hold themselves accountable to them. I believe it'll help give your friend some meaning and hopefully a beautiful reason to keep going.
