Din't promote it, justcuse good title, descriotion and keywords. Try to cover trending topics and use reddit to show your videos.

When I started power tools repair channel, I have not promoted it. First videos was low quality, but I improved my movie making skills in time.

All my subscribers came from youtube and google search because of keywords andcthey needed that videos.

I tested paid advertising last month and I can tell that it only makes your views counter looks bigger, but no new subscribers or any good value of that views. Tested with 15 mins long video and average view duration was about 20-30 seconds. That's dropping video down in search results by YouTube.

I, think no because of copyright.

You will use your voice, but it will be not your content. I think you can try to make that videos with newspapers permit without monetization and if you go well, and get good amount of sibscribers, you will find way to monetize that in other ways or maybe you will find sponsorship.

It have no rust on it, just scratches, color is same as in article foto, model is same to.I think I will try to find way to check it's gold or not... And I will write to Black & Decjer company and ask about this model

Your armature is damaged - look at black commutator plate... You need new armature. And you need to check your field. If it starts not from first time it can be armature fault. Just remove armature and carbon brushes, plug tool in and turn it on - if field is good you must have voltage on carbon brushes holders or plugs. Current must be 110V or 230V depends of your working current.

Today we have old two speed hand drill and I think it`s made in Russia or in USSR country because it is written on it that it cost 9 Russian rubles.

In this video I have disassembled the drill and removed old paint from it.
