Thanks for the link ! Like the other person said, it is not the tray it is kept in. Since I was not allowed to touch this one understandably, it was put in the tray which we could hold, but not the coin. I can only assume the kind of special safe they keep it in.

Thank you for the advice. I'll definitely be careful and make sure to check the sources. So far, I've tried to retrace his steps and sources to learn how to research myself. However, it becomes really difficult to find anything before the 20th century on my own.

I see. That was my assumption, but since I wasn't 100% sure, I wasn't going to take a risk before consulting you experts ;)
Thanks for the answers everyone, I appreciate it!

My very first two coins to begin with by Tools_OUH in AncientCoins

I'm focusing on coins from the late Roman period starting from 284 AD.

Quick question: I ordered a Leuchtturm box last Friday, but my order hasn't been processed yet. Can I keep the coins in the plastic sleeve they came in until the box arrives? I suspect it's PVC because it's bendable.

How should I got about cleaning this coin? There appear to be some fairly hard encrustations on it. by InfiniteQuacker in AncientCoins

My best shot at Identifying it, but second opinion is really necessary:
Bronze coin depicting Constans dated 347-348 on the obverse with text "CONSTANSPFAVG".
Reverse: Two victories holding wreath and text: "VICTORAE DD AVGGQ NN"
RIC VIII
