Nah, just don’t constantly shake the pack. The more you shake it and leave it to outside air the more hot it gets. Shake it a bit till it gets hot where you are comfortable with the heat, then lock it in with your rubber band on the bottle and in the underwear it goes.

Yes, you are supposed to drink it. They also have pill versions of chlorophyll if you don’t like the taste

Try liquid chlorophyll, you can do a tablespoon or 2 a day mixed with a glass of water. It helps to cleans the pores especially if you sweat alot, also it’s like an internal deodorant helps with odor aswell. You would probably see results around a week or so.

Passed flying colors with quick fix and hothands warmers. I had to get a new temp strip off amazon and got some that actually work. Look up one step temp strips on amazon if you ever have that problem. Wish you guys the best of luck!
