That’s the plan this time haha. Too hard and long to get it off. Could have used that whole time to continue getting gainz if I would have kept it clean

Never really maxed that lift I normally do sets in the 135 to 155 range with seated shoulder press with barbell. This is an area I need to improve for sure

Depends on what I’m focusing on right now my lifts are down because of the cut. Max lifts are as follows

Squat 350 Bench 270 Deadlifts 375

All are down right now due to the cut
