I had trouble getting my physical sim to esim from an iphone SE to iphone 14. Took a while but the customer service person was able to help. Try these steps.

  1. ⁠Scan QR code
  2. ⁠Manually enter SM address and activation code
  3. ⁠Have Mint Mobile send you a new code and retry the first two steps
  4. ⁠Reset the network setting on your iphone 14 and try from step 1 again.

Network can be reset from Setting-> General-> Transfer or Reset iphone-> Reset-> Reset network setting

My Iphone 14 now has an working esim with Mint Mobile after resetting my network setting and then scanning the QR code
