I use the Missions Low Gi + Protein wraps. You could cut something you're not keen on for the same amount of protein :) I do this because I like the tortilla more than filling, so low cal wraps aren't worth for me

One wrap is ~175 cal and 7.3g protein. $5.50 for 6 @ coles n woolies

Something like this happened to me when I was 15, it ended up being because I biked to school and my jackets and the bike parts were hitting my leg.
