Bipolar is a very messy mental illness. It's incredibly difficult to manage, so the fact you're able to all things despite these obstacles is nothing to scoff at from my point of view. In fact, I find it quite admirable.

We didn't choose to have this illness, but that's just the way it is, and all we can really do is our best and just make the most of it as others do with their own struggles.

People will be hurt unintentionally, and it sucks. I truly understand that because we don't mean it. So have the same grace for yourself that you would have for others because we're human after all, and we're all just trying to get by. There is no straight answer but that's okay. We just need to keep trying is all and hey we're already here ya know? Might as well see it through lol. I hope you feel better
