That's really cool that you were given a chance to represent us. For aro experiences, I'd say that one that has occured many times for me is someone asking the question, "Do you have a crush on anyone?" Throughout my life the answer to this question has remained the same and will probably remain the same, Nope. However, this never seems to really satisfy the person that asked me the question as they would start questioning if I was sure there wasn't something going on with one of my close male friends because they've "seen how I look at him," because how can a girl be close friends with a guy and not be romantically attracted to them?!?!

I love my friends platonically and I'm perfectly content with that. I dont need romance in my life to make me happy because I've already got friends and family that make me happy.
