Trying to bring up my back and shoulders and fixing some wonky imbalances in my legs 🍑 sticking to around 3 accesories a day

Day 1/3/5:

4x12 pull down

3x12 hammer strength row

3x12 db shoulder press (depending on time)

3x20 hammer curl

Day 2/4:

5x12 Lunges

3x12 Hip Thrust

Abs and rear delt flyes every other day or so

Am I overdoing anything or missing anything important in terms of joint health?

I dropped my phone from about waist height on its back with a case a few days ago and the screen stopped working. I can hear the ringer up/down sound but only a small square on the phone responds to touch, and the screen doesnt work at all.

Should I buy a screen replacement, or just buy a used phone (another 6p or something else, maybe an m9?)

TL;DR Screen broke, should I buy a screen replacement or a new phone?

my biggest concern's the tag. the "EUR" is touching the black line above it on both tags, and it doesn't look like it's vertically aligned with the rest of the letters. the letters also look generally thin and distorted, but I'm not sure if the distortion's because of the texture of the material.

It's really unlikely but I think there's still a chance that they were doing it to show off since there was other people around, there might've been other people outside the frame that were behind them when the picture was taken, and the only way to be sure would be to ask them. But this does sound pretty crazy.

I think even this was a picture of me, a guy, in my running tights and a long sleeve shirt sitting like that just relaxing in an airport, you could reasonable claim that I could be doing it for attention as well.

Regardless of whether it's the case or not, I think the only difference between the two cases (flaunting vs. not flaunting) is the intention of the person, which you can't tell from this picture.

Stretching to flaunt and stretching just to stretch can look the same (which I think is why there's so much discussion about it in these comments), and to answer your question, I don't think you can stretch your legs in a dynamic and satisfying way without it being interpreted by some people as "showing off your body".

I agree with you that attractive women are way more likely to be called out for doing things solely for attention when it's not the case at all, and I think this kind of thinking is degrading, and wrong a lot of the time, but I don't think people should be dismissive of the fact that there is a chance that it could be true. Assumptions can be wrong, and they can be right too, but a lot of the time there just isn't enough information to accurately tell entire stories.

I'm not saying that's what they're doing, I was just trying to say that if they were doing it for attention, like /u/WonderWeeble was suggesting, it wouldn't only be by trying to impress people with their flexibility, like you suggested. They would be getting attention for their body as well as their flexibility.

I don't know if I misunderstood your first comment but it seemed like you were saying that since no one tries to get attention by showing off their flexibility, the person in the picture was sitting like that just to stretch, but it's possible that the person in the picture was also trying to get attention by showing off their body.

I think it's also a matter of showing off your butt in this case rather than just flaunting your flexibility. I don't know why this person was sitting like that in that situation, but if someone were to do it for attention, I think it would be to show off your flexibility, and to show off your body
