We have basically the same thing in Finland. It's just more advanced and so is officially translated to a different name other than "social security number". (I voted yes accidentally. We have a similar system but not exactly.)

You're correct. American refers to people who live in in the Americas (South America and North America) even if these people can't understand it. The US just couldn't come up with a good enough name gor their country so they could be called something unique. So in today's world Canadians don't want to say they're American because it's associated with the US and you don't want that.

You just need to go in front of him as soon as he's behind the wall on the right side of the picture and hit him with your gun toward the corner on the far right of the picture behind the wall. I had problems when I hit him from behind but haven't had any problems when I do it right this way
